The DOSHI

I'm not sure how many of you read my application piece, but one of things I wanted to try/see while I am in Sydney is the Doshi - donut sushi. Turns out I've lived a 5-minute walk from the cafe that makes them all semester!

It was awesome. My dosh was made up of layers of sticker rice, salmon, avocado and some sort of chipotle sauce. It was amazing, and I got to check something of my Sydney bucket list!

I am out at the Whitsunday Islands around the Great Barrier Reef this week! So, I will have more fun updates to come!
